AX Partners is a Private Equity Real Estate firm specialised in prime residential and hospitality assets in the Spanish Mediterranean area, currently managing more than 150 million euros in assets value.
The firm develops a unique investment product for private capital, generating attractive returns in short investment periods with an adjusted level of risk, following an investment strategy based on the creation of value through the transformation of mainly residential and hotel assets and finding opportunities in the Real Estate mid-market of between 5M and 50M euros.
The firm structures the investment programme by creating a fund for each transaction allowing the investors to directly access the real estate asset as collateral for the capital.
