    WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

    In the course of providing real estate-secured credit services, we will process the following categories of personal data:

    – Data identifying you by name and surname, complete addresses, phone numbers, ID cards, Passports, NIEs, and email.
    – Data related to the payment of products: bank account numbers, credit/debit card details, PayPal accounts.
    – Data justifying banking solvency.

    FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

    Our Data Protection Officer will process your data for the following purposes:

    1. Formalization and Execution of the Contract: The data is processed to fulfill requests made through our website.
